Does the job
I’ve tried a few desktop analog clock apps and I like this one. The “disappear on mouse-over” is actually a neat feature: you can keep the clock on top of other windows and it helpfully gets out of the way when you need to click on or see something that’s behind it.
As far as dual monitors, it seems to keep itself in the same place relative to the top left of the main monitor (the one where you put the menu bar). I keep it in the top left of my laptop screen and when I plug in an external monitor it moves to the top left of the external screen.
